A+ Executive Cleaning uses and provides PPE to all of our employees! Each employee has undergone additional training to ensure our service staff is up-to-date on their Covid19 Protocols. Our staff undergoes daily health check-ins; including pre-shift temp checks and surveys. If one of our Employees tests positive for Covid19 – we offer an extended paid time off to ensure our Employee can recover at home; in a safe and comfortable manner. All of our Covid Certified Employees will follow all applicable guidelines for Social Distancing and receive updated SDS guidance at regular intervals.

A+ Executive Cleaning is a local Elkhart company that started in 1998 by our working owner, Stephanie. As a start up, she has grown our beloved business to what it is today – a place where our employees are our biggest assets. A place where we celebrate our successes with our families. A place where we are recognized for a good job done, as hard as it can sometimes be. A place where we recognize our clients and appreciate them for who they are and not just a number.
All three of Stephanie’s children have worked with us, from cleaning to shop work to quality control. Daughter, Sidney, is now a working manager and both women work very hard and have worked very hard to establish a happy and healthy environment for us, our clients, and our community. Donating time, money, and resources throughout the years to various community establishments such as local athletic clubs and the humane societies, has helped A+ Cleaning promote a sense of community within our employees as well.
